Great book to share with home cooks or chefs.

I absolutely loves this book a lot! As a chef myself, this book has a great explanation on instructions of how to prepare the food and also excellent illustrations of picture for home cooks to follow as a guide easily. I could not recommend anyone more than this book, especially someone who is a novice on cooking and baking.

If you are going to worship any member of the celebrity Chef culture, let it be Anne-Sophie Pic. Her flavors are as delicately substantial as her respect for ingredients. Chef Pic's Michelin stars are evident in every turn of the page. I personally delight in the evolving story of ingredients and technique.
